With its 24 kW of power, E-KKLA is designed for applications requiring high heating capacity and rapid temperature rise. Powered by a 400 V three-phase supply – 36 A, it can, in the reference configuration presented by IS Forge, heat a 25 × 25 mm square bar to 1 000 °C in just 15 seconds.

Cooling system
The water-cooling system regulates the temperature of components subjected to heat during forge operation, particularly the electrical circuit and the inductor. It therefore contributes to the proper operation and protection of the system.
